A little to where our journey with Gyetighi Primary School (GPS) began.
In 2007, GPS became the first school we partnered with. What started as a partnership has continued to grow over the years, creating many moments of change and progress along the way.
Where we started: The first image takes us back to the early days when students learned in challenging conditions. Limited space, unfinished floors, and a shortage of desks meant some students had to follow lessons from outside the classroom through the windows
Where we are today: Fast forward to today, same school, a whole new classroom experience. The floors are finished, more classrooms have been built to accommodate the growing number of students, and each classroom now provides more space for students to sit comfortably, participate, and learn in a more welcoming environment.
The bigger picture: And the best part? The story isn’t just about the classroom. We have also seen growth in student performance, showing what can happen when children have the right space and support to learn.
When we think about education, we think beyond the lessons and the spaces where children learn, grow, play, and dream. Every improvement creates a more supportive environment where children can discover their potential.
Yesterday, we had the chance to share more about our education journey during our webinar, and we are grateful to everyone who joined us, listened, and took the time to be part of these stories.
