𝗔 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲-𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲

We are excited to share that the parade committee was officially honored by City of Cambridge last night, officially recognizing our committee’s dedication with two incredible honors: 𝗮𝗻 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗲𝘆 🗝️✨ 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

These honors represent years of hard work, community spirit, and the magic of the parade that brings us all together. We extend our sincerest gratitude to the Mayor and the City Council for this recognition. We love this city, and we love putting on the parade for all of you every year. Seeing the streets filled with smiles is the real reward, but this recognition is the icing on the cake.

We pour our lives into the event for the children, small and grown alike. Thank you everyone for your unwavering support.

**𝕽𝖊𝖖𝖚𝖊𝖘𝖙 𝖋𝖗𝖔𝖒 𝕮𝖍𝖗𝖎𝖘𝖙𝖒𝖆𝖘 𝖕𝖆𝖗𝖆𝖉𝖊 𝖌𝖔𝖊𝖗𝖘.... from Jingles herself - We brought a little girl out in the street to dance at the intersection of High and Poplar. I was wondering if anyone happened to get a picture of her dancing? She was the shining light of the night for us!

🌟 Behind the Magic: Meet Jingles! 💜

It's not just about the donations—it's about the people who make the magic happen! We are still buzzing thinking about our incredible parade volunteers, especially the one and only 🌟 "Jingles."🌟

"Jingles" is the heart of our character coordination. She organizes every single costume volunteer and dances her heart out along the route, spreading so much joy she's practically sweat-soaked by the finish line! She truly embodies the spirit of our event. Thank you 💜Kim Maxwell Ewell.💜 We can't do it without you!

🙏We'd also be remiss not to thank BCC fiber and Brian Roche for all the help with making sure we get the event live streamed. This has been an amazing gift!

💰P.S. We also received a donation to the downtown P.O. Box this weekend from Refuge Temple Church of God—thank you for the mailbox money! 🙏

Before we wrap up the year, we have to take a moment for some very special thank yous and to acknowledge the incredible generosity we've received since December 5th!

We are nothing without our community stepping up!

John Burtman: Our TRUE Parade Hero! 🦸‍♂️ When Chairman Bruce's trucks decided to quit before the parade, John stepped up in a BIG way! He lent us his truck for the entire weekend to haul trailers, move equipment, and get the committee where they needed to be. John, THANK YOU! We literally couldn't have done it without your support.

Cambridge Police Department: A massive thank you to the officers of the CPD! 👮‍♀️ Organizationally, this was our best parade yet because of their exceptional support. Their efforts kept everyone safe, secure, and able to enjoy the event. Parade Heroes and Everyday Heroes! You put your life in harms way everyday for the benefit of our community. THANK YOU!
