Some words of advice and encouragement for our recent grads!

We were lucky to be one of the Kendall Square Association nonprofit partners selected as a beneficiary at the KSA challenge last week. Teams participated in challenges all over Cambridge. At Enroot’s station, teams were asked to write these notes to our graduating seniors. We’re so grateful they took the time to be so thoughtful amidst a fierce competition!

Thank you so much to everyone who came out for our first Career Skills Showcase! This was a long time in the making and we are so grateful for everyone who made it happen.

Thank you to the 17 organizations who presented/and or tabled during the event. You made it so engaging and youth friendly, our students learned so much and had a great time!

Thank you to our sponsors for this event. This was a huge success and your support made it possible for us to think bigger and provide a more exciting experience. We appreciate your trust, support, and participation!

Thank you to our volunteers and guests who connected with students and helped them navigate the event while having meaningful conversations.

And of course, thank you to our students and alumni!! We are endlessly proud of the way you show up, ask questions, and explore opportunities with confidence and joy. You made this event so fun and we can’t wait to hear more about what sparked your interest and what you want to see next year!

We’re excited to announce our very first Career Skills Showcase!

On May 6th, Enroot is launching a brand new career exploration event, designed to go beyond the traditional career fair.

Local professionals will share the skills, experiences, and opportunities that shaped their careers. Students will come prepared through participating in workshops that build the networking and communication skills they need to confidently explore their futures.

We are so grateful to have been selected as this year’s beneficiaries of the Great Brewery Bake Off at ! What better way to celebrate Pi day than with delicious pies from talented local bakers while supporting local immigrant youth?
