Fair Employment Project

Fair Employment Project FEP is a non-profit organization of attorneys, law students and worker advocates whose mission is to reduce violations of employment civil rights.

Winner of the American Bar Association's Award for Legal Access. FEP counsels Massachusetts workers of limited means about their rights on the job and the legal process. We collaborate with other organizations to provide affordable representation or other services, when possible. We offer appropriate self-help assistance. call and talk to you about your situation and your options. Or e-mail a request for assistance. There is no charge for a telephone consultation or e-mail, but we do ask that you make a donation.

had an objective component that would cause a reasonable person to consider them meaningful detrimental changes (“meaningful” might actually be a better word than “material” or “significant”), and that is why the Supreme Court chafed against the misuse of the term “significant.”
