Meet Jonathan Chines, Vinfen's Chief Operating Officer and one of this year's Run-4-Life runners!
Jonathan joined Vinfen in 2025 and leads a team of more than 3,000 employees who provide compassionate, life-changing support. A regular, but self-described slow, runner, he signed up for Run-4-Life shortly after joining Vinfen as an opportunity to get to know his new colleagues. Although the relay was long and grueling, the teamwork and joy he experienced made him eager to return.
Jonathan is also motivated by the impact of Vinfen's Health and Wellness Fund, which provides microgrants for initiatives that support healthy eating, physical activity, and community engagement. During visits to Vinfen programs, he has seen these grants fund vegetable gardens, fitness and yoga equipment, and exercise challenges that make a real and lasting difference in the lives of the people we serve.
On September 18 and 19, Jonathan will join his colleagues for the 200-mile relay from Lancaster, New Hampshire, to Hampton Beach. Thank you for taking on the challenge again this year, Jonathan!
