🌟🌟 Staff Spotlight 🌟🌟

Marc Jean-Jacques, Director of Housing & Stabilization, oversees Hildebrand's Stabilization Services team, which helps families remain housed after they transition from shelter to permanent homes. He also plays a leadership role in building new initiatives and pilot programs at Hildebrand.

Marc works directly with families in the Economic Mobility Program to set and work towards their financial goals, and he trains new partner organizations and oversees direct assistance for the Upstream Diversion Program.

Since joining the Hildebrand team in 2009, Marc has served in roles across the organization, including Case Manager, Residential Manager, and Tenant Support Specialist. When developing new programs and strategy, Marc draws from his extensive experience working directly with families for 17+ years at Hildebrand.

“I always start by listening—to families, staff, and community partners,” says Marc. “Understanding the barriers families face helps us design services that are practical, responsive, and impactful.”
