When the train stops… what happens next?

Join TC Squared Theatre Company for a staged reading of The Commute by Karin Anell.
When four strangers on the Red Line are brought to a sudden stop in a dark tunnel, what begins as an ordinary commute quickly turns into something far more unsettling. As tension rises, they are forced to confront each other—and themselves—revealing how we respond when control slips away.
A gripping and darkly humorous new play, The Commute explores what it means to be human under pressure, and how fear, uncertainty, and connection shape our choices in moments of crisis.

This staged reading will be followed by a talk-back with the playwright and director, along with a special discussion featuring Dr. Marni Chanoff on how fear influences human behavior and decision-making.

Join TC Squared Theatre Company for a staged reading of Harry in Purgatory by David S. Marshall, directed by Emily Thibodeau.

When a disillusioned middle-aged couple discovers a mysterious black hole in their living room, one of them finds himself on the other side-facing a strange underworld filled with bizarre characters, puzzling rules, and one very important warning: never cross the red line.

A humorous and clever modern take on purgatory - with a hint of Alice in Wonderland and a dash of Groucho Marx - Harry in Purgatory invites audiences to reflect on human agency, choice, and the strange places we might find ourselves in between.
