Learning from the best at Saloniki Greek & TRADE BOSTON 🇬🇷🍗 Yesterday we were honored to host Chef Wilfredo Guerrero, Culinary Director of Saloniki Greek, and Chef Alavee Hassan, Executive Chef at Trade, at CCAE’s Celebrity Chef Master Class Series. The Chefs led us through a traditional Greek feast complete with lemon potatoes and spanikopita, and the star of the show was a slow-braised leg of lamb in rich au jus. These flavors transported us to the shores of the Aegean Sea 🤤😋

Selected Works Notification: Mon Sep. 28 by 5:00 pm
Opening reception: Friday, Oct. 16, 6:00 - 8:00 pm at 42 Brattle Street. Free and open to the public!
