Description:
Experience the Movement Revolution ∞
IT’S TIME TO LISTEN
TO OUR BODY

Without asking anything in return.
Without an agenda.

But truly LISTEN;
And learn to receive movement,
instead of doing movement.

HUMANHOOD:Sync Facilitated by Tara McCrystal, a dance and somatic movement teacher, doctor of physical therapy, and the artistic director of Infinity∞Dance Collective. Tara introduces us to the somatic meditative movement practice, HUMANHOOD:Sync, shifting how you experience your body & movement.

HUMANHOOD’s method, created by Julia Robert & Rudi Cole (Spain & UK), is an entirely new paradigm of somatic movement designed to deepen your connection with your body and spirit. Far deeper than just a choreographed set of moves, the practice follows a fluid sequence that submerges participants into trance-like states, where movement becomes the catalyst for connection and liberation. You will also learn revolutionary tools that will make you a more efficient, graceful and powerful mover.

All levels of movement experience welcome, come as you are & wear comfortable clothes easy to move in.

A new quality expresses
A new presence emerges

THIS IS MOVEMENT
FOR LIFE
A NEW WAY OF LIVING

Consciousness is an anchor to an energy that not only connects us but IS us. Energetic interconnectedness and oneness allows us to tune into the flow of the universe. When we collectively choose expansion & oneness we can shift our frequency to a higher dimension where only love rules.
What if our souls are dreaming and the universe is the compass?

Join any time for as long as you're available – All are welcome!

Where:
In the Theatre (ADA Accessible) at the

Description:
Join the fun and talented team of community volunteers to complete building the last 18 of 54 panels of CCCA’s partially sprung indoor/outdoor portable dance floor, made largely of repurposed wood that has been made available as a shared resource to all.

We thank the many past volunteers who volunteered for this environmentally friendly community building project, hope to see many of you on Wednesday, September 10th, and look forward to meeting and working together with new volunteers.

We will be playing dance music throughout the buildout event, for everyone to enjoy as well as take a break and dance, and light food and refreshments will be served.

All the construction materials are eco-friendly, low-emission, and safe, and use power tools is optional (and not a major part of this phase of the buildout project). All tools and buildout directions will be given, no prior experience is needed, and you can attend any portion of the buildout, based on your availability!

All those who participate in the buildout will earn credits for the free use of the floor.

Together, we bring our talent and good will to build and shape the community we envision!

Cost:
This is a FREE community event, and online registration is optional but appreciated as an RSVP, so we can know how much food and beverages to order for the volunteers.
