We have an exciting update!

The Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) provides Massachusetts employers with a way to provide training to their employees through non-competitive, bite-sized grants. The program has recently increased their funding!

โญHere's what's new:
- Massachusetts employers with 51 to 100 employees are now eligible for ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ% reimbursement (up from 50%) through the WFTP Express Program!
- Employers can now spend up to $๐Ÿ‘,๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ per person per course.
- The maximum WFTP General Program grant award is now $๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ,๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ.

For small biotech companies with limited funding and resources, this program is an amazing way to keep employee's skills up to date and support professional development.

It's hard to believe that the Leah Daly and MassBioEd Summer Internship has come to an end!

Over the past five weeks, we watched our summer scientists immerse themselves in hands-on research as they completed their independent research projects and explore the life sciences industry through field trips and guest speakers.

Summer scientists wrapped up the internship by presenting their independent research projects at the Leah Daly Symposium. We're so incredibly proud of these amazing scientists and we can't wait to see what they accomplish in the years to come!

A special thank you to our funders, the Leah Project, and BioGen Co-Labs for their support and helping us make this experience possible. Programs like this give young scientists the opportunity to explore careers in STEM and gain exposure to real-world laboratory work.
