In accordance with the goal of “cultivating talents through education” as advocated by the founder of Fo Guang Shan, Ven. Scouts are encouraged to bring family members, friends and classmate to join our hiking event. There are 2 parts of hiking: (1) self guided audio tour in Arlington (40 mins) (2) hike up to Lexington Battle Green (2 hours from starting point). This is an event opened to public. Please bring a friend to experience scouting!

Starting point: 78-92 Chestnut St, Arlington, MA 02474 (Russell Common Municipal Lot).

Blanket Knitting Competition (March 2025)
we are honored to host the annual blanket knitting competition with guest judges including Cambridge City Council Burhan Azeem, Cambridge Police Sargent Buckowe Yam, and Waltham Scout Leader David Matayabas. All blankets will be donated to Tuft Medical Center. Thank you all scouts and volunteers for their continuing support to this tradition.
