CDSC is proud to name Massachusetts Senate President Karen Spilka a 2026 Peacemaker Award Recipient. Before her time in public office, Spilka worked in private practice as an arbitrator and mediator specializing in labor, employment, court, and community disputes, as well as training adult and school peer mediation programs. Today, those same mediation and facilitation skills guide her work bringing parties together on complex state issues.Join us on Oct 28 as we recognize her work.
