We are excited to reveal cac_teen Teen Public Art program latest project in collaboration with Just A Start 💫🎨😍 Teens have been busy all summer long learning about climate change, sustainability, resiliency, and teamwork 🌎✨ Together they designed a construction fence banner that highlights the Port neighborhood and the community’s concerns over climate change.

If you’re in the neighborhood tomorrow, join us for free ice cream and congratulate the teens on all their hard work 👏🏾🍦☀️

Join us for an evening of rich discussion, connection, and inspiration! ✨💫

We invite you to an Artist Talk & Book Signing 📚🖋️ on September 10 at Street Theory Collective Gallery, while our current exhibit, A Place Called Home, is still showing.

We will welcome two celebrated, Cambridge-raised artists, Séan Alonzo Harris and Dr. Myrah Brown Green to the gallery for an open talk, honoring their Cambridge roots. And we will explore what this place called “home” has meant to them, the early influences that nurtured their success, how growing up in Cambridge shaped their creativity, and the role community has played in their lives!

Be sure to pick up Dr. Myrah Brown Green’s newest book Keepers of a Movement: Black Collectors who Preserve Art, Stories, and Legacies that Define Black Life. It is an art-quality edition book that you will treasure for years to come. She will be available to sign your book at the talk!

As you explore the powerful photographs on view at Street Theory Collective Gallery, DJ Cruz will bring the exhibition to life with a live soundtrack rooted in the nostalgia and era seen on the walls of the gallery 🎶
