🎤 Introducing our keynote speaker, Jennifer Chang, who’ll be talking more about how her Pan-Asian identity took different shapes and forms in approaching different professional environments, including business, policy, arts and in the government.
✨Jenn Chang joined the Biden Administration in January 2021, serving as White House Liaison, Senior Advisor, and later Chief of Staff at the National Endowment for the Arts, where she advanced equity, inclusion, and civic engagement through strategic arts initiatives and grant programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to this role, she worked on the Biden-Harris Transition and spent over a decade at Google in strategy and operations, as well as managing logistics for the Hillary for America campaign. Alongside her professional career, Jenn holds a Master’s degree in viola performance from Juilliard and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies from Harvard, and has performed at prestigious venues while also contributing to music and arts organizations through board service.
