We are thrilled to feature the Owner and Founder of and Day Bibb .and.nectarines who will be teaching Thrive Yoga (accompanied by a smooth R&B soundtrack!) at Noon at the Yoga Expo PDX on Saturday April 23rd, 2022! 😍🎉

𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Join to experience a fun Vinyasa flow focusing on inclusive modifications, transitions, and alignment set to smooth R&B jams. All levels welcome!

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐲: Day Bibb was born and raised in Portland, OR. She spent 20 years in her administrative career before making the leap to being a business owner. She always had the desire to create, innovate and lead and now she is realizing her true potential. Day founded Om Thrive in 2018 after her own journey towards health and healing through the lens of Yoga. Later that same year she founded a second business Helen Rose Skin Care. The mission of Helen Rose Skincare is to create inclusiveness within the Wellness Industry and directly support survivors of dv in healing from trauma.
