Youth Development Center of America - YDCA Youth Development Center of America (YDCA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for youth.

The primary goal for YDCA is to encourage entrepreneurship, reduce crime, promote health; social, educational, and character development for adolescent boys and girls, by self-esteem, inward values, career skill sets and self development. As a result, children are able to develop social skills, academic skills and athletic ability, providing them with more opportunities to succeed in promising careers.
