Soroptimist International of Calistoga had an amazing Board Installation and New Member Induction dinner and celebration at Lovina. We love supporting and empowering women in Calistoga, and celebrating at a women-owned restaurant like Lovina was the perfect choice. Kudos to Jen and her team! Jen never ceases to amaze us with the incredible people on our staff, the beautiful and welcoming environment she creates, and the care and love they put into the food and everything you do. We were honored to host our Women of Power group in such a well-established, women-led restaurant.

We cannot thank Jen and and her team enough for all they do for us and the Calistoga community.

Dear Soroptimists,

What a wonderful day of friendship, flowers, and community spirit!

We are delighted to announce that our beautiful Tussie Mussie flower arrangements have been delivered to Annie’s and Cedars Care Homes, bringing smiles and a touch of springtime cheer to residents.

We even had the pleasure of presenting two arrangements to our SIC President! The goodwill continues as Mary Ellen makes additional deliveries this morning, helping spread kindness and joy throughout our community.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped create these lovely arrangements, supported the project, joined us for fellowship, or cheered us on from afar. Your generosity and enthusiasm made this event a tremendous success and helped brighten the day for so many.

Together, we are making a difference—one flower, one smile, and one act of kindness at a time.

What a beautiful way to end our S Club year at Calistoga Junior Senior High School. Today we celebrated our seniors with their S Club sashes, shared heartfelt notes of appreciation with one another, and were inspired by a college speaker who encouraged our student’s to dream big for the future. We laughed, cried, and appreciated our time together.

S Club is so much more than a club—it’s a community built on service, leadership, friendship, and empowerment. Throughout the year, our members have worked to support students, strengthen our school community, and make a positive difference through countless acts of kindness and service.

Thank you to every member who helped make this year so meaningful. The impact you’ve made at Calistoga Junior Senior High School will be felt long after this school year ends.

On the first day of Teacher Appreciation Week, the Soroptimist of Calistoga proudly kicked off this special celebration by providing a full continental breakfast for the incredible staff at CJSHS, CES, and Palisades High School.

With several of our members being retired school administrators, we carry a deep understanding of the dedication, passion, and tireless effort educators bring to their work each day. We have seen firsthand the difference they make—not just in classrooms, but in shaping futures.

This small gesture is a heartfelt expression of our immense gratitude. Our teachers and school staff go above and beyond to help students learn, grow, and thrive, and we are honored to recognize them.

We cherish this tradition and remain deeply thankful for all they do for the students to thrive 💙

Rooted in the mission of empowering women and girls, Soroptimist helps young women achieve their full potential by providing access to education, mentorship, and opportunities that truly transform lives and communities.

Monce, today was such an emotional and meaningful day for all of us. To witness your journey—from your early days as a student with big dreams to now, standing proudly as a college graduate—has been nothing short of inspiring. Watching a first-generation college student achieve this milestone through hard work, dedication, and sacrifice is something we will never forget. This moment belongs not only to you, but to your family, your perseverance, and every challenge you overcame along the way.

We are incredibly proud of everything you have accomplished. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your educational journey and for trusting us to walk alongside you—we will always be here for you.
