Who knows what his life was like, but it surely wasn’t good. Being abandoned in a dark house may have been the best thing to happen to Kidd….until something even better happened: becoming part of the Helping Herders family.

We love repeat adopters, and we’re thrilled with Kidd’s forever family reached out to us to add to their family again. Now named Wiley because he looks a bit like a coyote, he is loving life …. exploring mountains and cuddling on the couch.

A big thank you goes to Kidd’s amazing and patient foster family who opened their home for him and gave him space to blossom.

They will all be available once they have been vaccinated, chipped, and spayed/neutered. 3 boys and 1 girl are keeping everyone on their toes!

CT scans and labs confirmed what we thought. Archie has two ruptured saliva glands that need to come out. He is scheduled for surgery Saturday (tomorrow). We took the first appointment so he doesn't have to be in pain. If you can help towards his surgery, thank you! If you can share, thank you! Send him and his foster mom some good energy for tomorrow and his recovery ❤️

Formerly Mary from RCDAS, Talia joined the rescue yesterday to help her, and to help heal a 💔. Her amazing foster mom is grieving the loss of her dogs and the house was quiet and the grief too loud. Please help us welcome Talia and send healing thoughts to Skye as she navigates the loss of her best friends.
