Congratulations to SMS 2018/17 Boys Yellow, Cup semi-finalists at the SAC Columbus Day Tournament!

In their first tournament, the boys went unbeaten in regulation and won their group, including a thrilling 3-1 Saturday-night victory over hosts SAC United. Sunday’s hard-fought semifinal was tied 0-0 when a weather delay ended play early. The game was sent straight to penalty kicks, where Yellow came up one short.

We are so proud of their effort, teamwork and determination through a challenging weekend. Thank you to our coaches and families for supporting them through the rain and delays!

Congratulations to SMS 2018/17 Boys Black, Challenge I champions at the SAC Columbus Day Tournament!

In their first tournament together, the boys went unbeaten, won their group and battled through heavy rain, weather delays and schedule changes. In the final match of the evening on a rain-soaked Sunday at Covenant Park, they took an early 2-0 lead against Maryland United, then defended with determination to earn a 3-2 championship win.

We’re proud of their effort, teamwork and growth throughout the weekend. Thank you to our coaches and families for supporting them through a very wet weekend of soccer!
