First off, We are a community oriented rescue! We work with animal advocates, shelters, other rescues and pet stores to better save these precious lives! We picked the name We Believe Pet Rescue because that is what it's about, believing. We believe in the pets and in each other to make the world a better place for animals and people. We Rescue, Train and Rehabilitate!
nd cats come from high kill shelters although sometimes if we have space will take in strays or abandoned animals. If we don't have space we contact all the rescues in the area as well as outside the area that we know of to see if anyone can help where we can't! Dog Adoption Fee: $200
Cat Adoption Fee: $50
Home Checks are a must for final adoption to be cleared and if you have other pets a meet and greet to make sure everyone gets along. My name is Summer and I have a love for saving lives. When I was a kid we were always taking in all kinds of animals. Dogs, Cats, Reptiles, Birds, Rodents, ect. There was even a time when my sister and I came home to find a squirrel had been hit by a car and unfortunately did not survive so we decided to burry him/her in our front yard near the flowers. As I've grown this has never changed. My passion for learning more about them, different ways of training and showing how smart they are just grew and grew. I have also helped friends get back on their feet by letting them stay with me till they were able to get their own place. I am 25 years old and ready to take that next step to help better the world. I have tons of experience but I feel being certified will help me out, even just a little bit counts. So I plan on going to school to further my knowledge in the rescue field. I'll be going to school for Dog Training, Vet Tech, Grooming and Business. I believe if you're going to do something you might as well take all the steps to make sure it's successful and you become well known for your knowledge and care. I personally have 3 dogs (Tank, Melody and Bean) and 1 cat(Athena). They are my pride and joy! we get excited together whenever we learn something new. We always go on adventures together, I rarely ever leave them behind and everyone is well socialized. Athena is the only one I've had since birth. I took in her mom and she's been connected to my hip since she first opened her little eyes. The rest of the kitty family was rehomed to loving families. I want to help people find connections like I have with my pet family. I want to find the right person for each pet and visa versa. That bond is something you can never replace and I think everyone deserves that feeling of warmth in their heart. Thank You for taking the time to read my story.
