These beauties are donations from Cactus Warehouse in Fallbrook, now in their forever home at Inspiration Walk. . . a perfect specimen of a, 2 pipe, Organize Pipe cactus and a Mexican Giant Cardon (largest cactus in the world).

Rolling up the carpet on Fiscal Year 2025-2026, you might think a well-deserved summer hiatus is in store for the Desert Rose Garden Club. Not so much!

While our regular meetings take a break during July and August, our work continues behind the scenes. Summer is a time for dreaming, planning, growing, and making improvements that will shape the future of our community projects.

At Inspiration Walk, we will continue working toward exciting upgrades and enhancements designed to make this unique destination even more inviting and inspiring. From landscape improvements and new desert plantings to infrastructure upgrades and long-range planning, we remain committed to creating a showcase of what is possible in the Mojave Desert.

The months ahead will be filled with opportunity as we continue transforming vision into reality. Every improvement, every planting, and every volunteer effort brings us one step closer to creating a lasting legacy for California City.

So while the meetings may pause, the momentum certainly does not. Stay tuned—there is much more to come!
