💙🏈 Celebrating Our Warrior Seniors! 🖤

Last night, we had the opportunity to celebrate our Gordon Central football seniors with a special senior dinner at Big John’s!

It’s hard to believe we’re already approaching the end of the season and getting ready to recognize these young men on Senior Night.

These boys have given years of their lives to this program, creating memories, building friendships, and representing Gordon Central along the way.

We hope they enjoyed an evening of good food, laughter, and time together away from the football field.

A special thank you to Big John's for hosting our Warriors and helping make the evening special!

Here’s to our seniors and making the most of these last few moments together as teammates. 💙🖤🏈

Once a Warrior, Always a Warrior!

💗🏈 PROUD TO BE A WARRIOR! 💙🖤

Last night was about so much more than football, and it was a special night for our Warrior family!

One of the greatest honors of the evening was recognizing individuals who are so close to our football program and who have battled or are currently battling cancer as our Honorary Captains. 💗 It was a privilege to have them standing alongside our Warriors, and we hope they felt just how much love and support this community has for them.

Seeing our fans wear PINK was another reminder of what makes our Warrior family so special. Thank you to everyone who showed up wearing pink and helping us honor those who have fought, those who are still fighting, and those we hold close in our hearts.

And how awesome was it to see our City and County youth football players and cheerleaders running onto the field?! 🏈📣

We hope those kids soaked up every second of that experience. More than anything, we hope it gave them something to dream about. Maybe one day, those same little boys and girls will be the ones putting on a Gordon Central Warriors football uniform or cheering under those Friday night lights. And we hope they’ll remember what it felt like to be part of the Warrior family long before they ever reached high school.

That’s what nights like these are all about. Bringing our community together, honoring people who mean so much to us, and giving the next generation something to look forward to.

Thank you to everyone who helped make last night special. We are proud of our Warriors, our community, and the family we’ve built around this program!

🏈💙 HAPPY COACHES DAY! 💙🏈

Today we want to recognize the men who give so much of their time, energy, and heart to Gordon Central Football.

From long practices and Friday nights to all the work that happens when nobody is watching, these coaches continue to show up for our players. They coach them hard, encourage them through adversity, celebrate their successes, hold them accountable, and teach lessons that go far beyond the football field.

Thank you to our Warrior coaching staff:

🏈 Head Coach — Billy Blizzard
🏈 Trace Laing
🏈 Jeff Schaum
🏈 Aaron Parker
🏈 Dre Prather
🏈 Paul Walden
🏈 Danny Garrett
🏈 Jimmy Stuart
🏈 John Rainwater
🏈 Brandon Bishop
🏈 Jesse Walters

This season has required plenty of grit, patience, and perseverance, and this staff continues to pour into these young men every single week.

Football teaches a lot about life, but it takes good coaches to make sure those lessons stick.

Thank you, Coaches, for believing in our boys, investing in them, and continuing to build the future of Gordon Central Football. We appreciate you more than you know! 💙🖤
