Zumba
Zumba is for everybody and every body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Benefits - A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

American Sign Language
All ages are welcome. Come learn a fun way of communicating with a person who is deaf or hard of hearing. Whether it is for fun or because you know someone who will appreciate the effort you put into learning their language. I like to use a variety of games to help learning this language. This is a 6 week course, 2 hrs each week. Instructor will bring any reading material. Please bring a small binder to place each
weeks lesson in to.

Authentic Polish Pierogi
Students will learn how to make authentic cheese and potato filled pierogi from start to finish. It’s a very fun and informational experience from the heart and soul of Polish cooking and a true hands-on labor of love. Each student will yield two dozen pierogi to take home. Please bring an apron and a rolling pin.

Gluten Free Polish Pierogi
Students will learn how to make authentic potato cheese filled gluten free pierogi. This is a true hands-on experience, It's a fun, informational class from the heart and soul of Polish cooking, a true labor of love. Each participant will yield 2 dozen pierogi to take home. Students must bring a rolling pin and an apron.

Intro to Game Development & Programming (ages 16+)
Learn programming, technology, and creative problem-solving through video game development. In this hands-on course, students will create interactive projects while learning fundamentals of coding, game design, digital art, animation, and project development. This hybrid course combines weekly in-person instruction with guided online activities between sessions. Designed for ages 16+ with no prior experience required.

Instructor Chris is a Protégé Game Studios instructor with 4+ years of experience focused on programming, technology, and project-based game development education for students and adult learners.
