The Brian Diemer 5K is celebrating its 36th year in 2026.

This community favorite features a flat, fast 5K course with three-time Olympian Brian Diemer, plus live bands along the course, kids runs, handcycle participation, My Team Triumph, and a large prize purse. And don’t forget—if you beat Brian, you win a donut.

New this year is the Special Olympics Sprint for Inclusion, a 100-meter dash open to everyone and held just before the 5K. A great way to kick off race day while supporting local athletes.
