As Pastor of Faith on Fire Fellowship, I would like to welcome you to come join us. We are a Non-Denominational church, believing in the whole Word of God, living by faith. My background includes giving my life to the Lord in September of 1990. The most beautiful, and life-changing moment of my life! I have never been the same, and yet knowing there will be much more learning and changing to do un
til my dear Lord calls me home. I have had a hunger for Him from that moment. I felt I had found a precious jewel. (Yes, I had!) So I began to learn. I got involved in Bible studies, to learn more, and church, and anything I could. I was a single mother with two very young, very active little boys that needed lots of love and attention, but I never allowed that to be an excuse to hold me, (us) back. I even went on a mission trip to Mexico, which I would highly advise every believer to volunteer to do in their walk with Christ! Also life-changing! Get involved in the work of the Lord, which is people! Love them. I soon married an awesome man of God who adopted my two boys, who have now grown up and gotten married, each had children, and made us Mema and Papa of SIX beautiful granddaughters! It is a wonderful life! In my walk I did my best to submit to those who were mature in the Lord and over me. I listened to hear from the Lord, and did as He asked me to. I repented when wrong, (I missed the mark for sure at times. His grace is so precious.), Eventually, as I grew closer to Him, began to know Him more and more, I was given more and more responsibility. I was asked to lead many different Bible studies, minister healing, deliverance, counseling, prayer, weddings, preach for pastors or special events, organize events, etc. The Lord had spoken to me when I was first saved through a prophet of God that I would preach and pastor. Then later on the same word came again and again through others. I tucked it in my heart, as I wasn't ready for such responsibility. After much study, learning, submitting, trials, tribulations, (even failures), and many Godly and wise men and women in my life, the Lord directed me, along with my husband, to start and open this church, Faith On Fire Fellowship. We opened the doors in June of 2018. Praise the Lord! We will continue forward with the plan of the Lord until we hear otherwise, amen! Psalm 127:1 (NKJV) Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Also, I think it is important to let people know who I am licensed through, and who I consider to be my Pastor. Pastor Igor Ashkinazi, of 'Freedom Ministries International.' (FMI) Pastor Igor is located in Wayne, NJ. Although Pastor is in New Jersey, my husband Randy and I have known, and had a very close, dear relationship with both Igor and his wife, for over ten years. We have known, supported and stayed in close contact with them throughout. Pastor Igor and his wife Teresa, also a fellow minister, hold services in Brooklyn, NY (Sundays), Manhattan, NY (Saturdays), and in New Jersey (Thursdays). Pastor Igor and Teresa, are all about loving and reaching the lost, which at times involves street ministry, but so much more. Pastor Igor was born to Jewish parents in the former USSR, became an accomplished acrobat in the circus and trained celebrities in the US. He found great fame and worldly success, but was miserable, until he had a truly spectacular encounter with Jesus Christ, and God called him out of that life into 'Freedom Ministries International.'
