Please join us as we celebrate the remarkable careers and dedicated service of three outstanding members of the Caldwell Fire Department as they begin their well-earned retirement.
We are honored to recognize:

Battalion Chief Jose Martinez – 25 Years of Service
Captain John Harris – 25 Years of Service
Engineer Michael Papp – 22 Years of Service

Their commitment to serving our community has left a lasting impact on our department and our community. We invite you to help us recognize their accomplishments and celebrate this special milestone.

If you know colleagues, former team members, family members, or friends who have worked with or know Battalion Chief Martinez, Captain Harris, and Engineer Papp, please feel free to forward this invitation. Over the past few months, students from Caldwell Fire, MidStar Fire and Parma fire participated in a Officer Development Program. Students learned Fire Officer 1 curriculum including tactics/strategies as well as other items such as Fire Instructor 1, Incident Safety officer, etc. At the end of the class, the students performed realistic scenarios at indoor training scenarios village to combine everything they learned together.
