Whether you’re 8 years old and learning the ropes, 16 years old and getting close to the end of your 4-H career, or jumping on board to volunteer and mold young minds - we can’t wait to start this year with you! 🍀 Today’s Club Officer Training was a great success!🍀

Our 4-H officers spent the day learning about their officer responsibilities, discovering their leadership style colors, and building the skills needed to lead their clubs throughout the year. They also explored parliamentary procedure, practiced teamwork, and participated in fun icebreakers that they can take back and use at their club meetings.

We are excited to see these young leaders put their knowledge into action as they serve their clubs, engage members, and make a positive impact in Burleson County 4-H. The future is bright with leaders like these! 💚

Want to attend Pizza Ranch? Now you can! 🍀🍕 Join us October 21 from 9AM-2PM, at the Brazos County Expo to explore agricultural commodities that go into our food!

💡 Historically offered as a field trip opportunity for elementary schools, Pizza Ranch is now open to independent participants- homeschool students, youth attending during fall break, etc.

Students will rotate through themed “pizza slice” stations, each focused on the agricultural ingredients that come together to make a pizza. From interactive lessons and demonstrations to live samples and real-world connections, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, explore, and see agriculture in action! 🍕
