ATTENTION cookers, teams, and chili enthusiasts: The cook off is tomorrow!!! This rain will not stop our Christmas cheer. Please come down and experience our holiday traditions in downtown Caldwell. The cook off begins at 9am and Christmas on the Square events begin at 2pm. The evening will be closed out with an awesome lighted parade.
Set up begins this evening at 5:45 under the pavillion in downtown Caldwell. Tyler Groce and Catherine Bell Groce will be taping off cook sites and helping people get settled in. Look for the Santa hats! *Please do not feel obligated to set up today if you are worried about the weather through the night. We will make sure everyone has a place. Those that have larger set-ups, RVs, or trailers will use the parking lot across the street next to City Hall. Please note that the only sites with electrical access included are those under the pavilion.
There is a head cook's meeting at 8:45am on Saturday morning. It is not mandatory, but announcements will be made and questions can be asked at that time. Also, all paperwork is due by the end of that meeting.
