We want to clarify any confusion regarding this year's billing. The statement indicates a billing date of 5-26-25, but the first description should clearly show that one $150 charge is for 2024 and the other $150 is for 2025. We appreciate your understanding as we are volunteers dedicated to minimizing costs for the community by handling these matters ourselves instead of hiring a bookkeeper or management company.

It's important to remember that dues are expected each year. While we’ve communicated previously about the billing for 2024, the fact that this year’s billing covers two years should not come as a surprise. The dues remain unchanged, and we thank you for your continued support and patience.

Pickles Butte Sanitary Landfill will host its next free quarterly household hazardous waste and electronic waste disposal event on June 11, at the O’Connor Field House (2207 Blaine St, Caldwell). The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and there is no cost for Canyon County residents.

The City of Caldwell has issued several door-to-door licenses recently. We would like the public to know that if someone comes to their door, selling items or services, the homeowner has the right to ask for their City issued license.
They should be able to provide a badge that was issued by the City Clerk office. If they do not, they can report them to the police department, using the non-emergency line at 208-454-7531, which can result in a fine.

We appreciate your understanding regarding the billing situation this year. In 2024, unforeseen personal losses among two board members resulted in a delay in sending out bills.

We recognize that some homeowners may not be able to pay the full amount at this time. To assist with this, payment arrangements can be made through Cindy.

We apologize for our recent absence on this page. We at VH are committed to being more informative this year about events happening in the area, as well as those organized by the HOA.

The year 2024 was a mix of challenges and successes for the board, particularly in terms of personal and billing. We have high hopes of becoming more active and involved this year.

Please remember that by not hiring a management company, we save our VH members money. All positions are strictly volunteer, and we are also your neighbors.

Good Evening Homeowners - dues will be sent out soon, we apologize for the delay. Many things factored on why billing was not sent out sooner, but do not fear, no late charges will occur and the landscape is not issue financially as we have funds in reserves.

The annual meeting will also be announced soon, and will most likely be sent within your billing.

We anticipate receiving irrigation water to our pump stations & turning them on around April 15th thru 30th.

The Caldwell Municipal Irrigation Dist. was established in 2005 and is operated by a staff of water delivery professionals under the guidance of the public works director and the water superintendent.
