Mobile Response & Stabilization Services (MRSS) Are Now Available Statewide! 💙
If a youth age 20 or under is experiencing a behavioral health crisis or emotional distress, help is just a call away. Call 988 and ask for MRSS, and a trained team of responders will arrive within 60 minutes to help calm the crisis and create a safety plan.

Allwell Behavioral Health Services proudly provides MRSS support to communities across southeastern Ohio, serving Coshocton, Guernsey, Fairfield, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, and Washington counties.

We are here to bring compassionate, timely support directly to youth and families—wherever they are.

Starting May 27th, every Wednesday through August 12th, CEVSD will be distributing free meals to students 18 and under in the towns listed. This is available for all Noble County Children. There will be five pick-up locations. You do not need to sign-up, just show up!

Noble County, join us for a Community Conversation on Hope!
On June 10 from 11:30 AM–1:00 PM at the Apex Event Center, we'll bring together community members, leaders, and partners to discuss su***de prevention, mental wellness, and the resources that help keep hope alive in our communities. Your voice matters, and together we can strengthen support for those who need it most.
