Our Pinewood Derby is this Saturday, and anyone is welcome to come in and watch some races.

Stop by any time Saturday morning (9am-12pm) to check out the creative cars our scouts have been working on and watch the races!

We usually camp in the woods, but sometimes we find other places to spend the night. Like on an 872 foot long aircraft carrier! Scouts spent Saturday night aboard the Intrepid and got to tour the ship, learn about life at sea, and camp out in the exhibit hall.

4th and 5th graders represented Pack 846 and Pack 801 in the Treasure Island II Webelos/AOL Challenge at Camp Glen Gray this weekend. Scouts competed with other local Packs in scout skills challenges at various stations run by Scouts BSA Troops. We were hosted by Troop 6 and stayed in their campsite, where our cub scouts ate meals prepared by troop scouts, went on a hike together, and had fun around the campfire.

Tonight I am presenting for Cub Scout Pack 846 in Caldwell NJ. Its the night they are having a drive to gain more members and they brought me here for many of the fun activities they will do this year. I will teach them about the galaxy and solar system. I will show them the night sky as it appears tonight. I will show them how to find planets, stars and constellations. I'm excited to be here to show everyone what's out there...
