Mama here with me is 88yrs old who came from Mexico temporarily to visit her kids who owns a food truck in America. At the age of 88yrs old, she still cook food to feed her community.
“Serving the community keeps her young and makes her life meaningful”.
Some seniors are not able to do the same, and need help from us. Don’t be ashamed to STOP and ask how they’re doing, and if you can help with anything. There’s so much wisdom from our elders to learn from.
