Puppies found dumped out on Elpino dirt rd off Ridge rd. Thank you to the family that just so happened to be riding down this dirt rd and saw one crossing the road then the rest cuddled in the ditch. The puppies were full of worms and infested with fleas, they are safe now and will be available for adoption when healthy.
