Cahokia Community Basket provides USDA CSFP foods to all persons who are eligible within the county of St Clair. We are an equal opportunity provider, and you can read more about the Non–Discrimination Statement here.

Good morning ☀️ Cahokia Community Basket will be open today 3:45pm-5:45pm. We are open every Wednesday 👌🏼 Below explains 👇🏼

If you’re in a car: go behind Dollare Tree in Nova Plaza, there will be a line, wait to get signed in & receive your ticket to come onto the school lot.

If you’re on foot: come to the side door, there will be a line.

We are expecting more clients than usual, please be patient as our volunteers work hard to assist everyone 🫶🏼

Hello all 👋🏼 We wanted to share an update from the STL Area Foodbank 👌🏼 Moving forward there will be very little meats or protein items 😢 The USDA supplies meats to entities like Foodbanks but since USAID has stopped that means the supply to local foodbank’s have stopped 😮‍💨 All food pantries get their food from the STL Area Foodbank so this will affect everyone in the bi-state area, sadly ☹️ Please reach out to your politicians to voice your concerns, they control what happens to us 💪🏼 Let them know how you feel 🤗 See everyone tomorrow 🩵
