It's a 2 step process- 1. Fill out the online CRF Permission form (you'll be automatically redirected to.....)
2. Fill out the online SpringHill Registration form & Medical form!

We’re moving! — The rumors are true. We have been growing so much that we are moving. May 10th is our last night in the basement at 144 S Main St. Whether you came our very first year or last Sunday, you are invited to come join us for a night of the greatest hits of Crossroads Farm - The Mine (so far)! Say goodbye and get a sneak peek at our next home.

On Sunday, we got to celebrate and recognize our seniors! We will miss them, but we are so grateful to know them. Please join us in praying that God will continue to grow them and direct their paths!
