Cadillac Leadership is a nine-month program designed to help current and emerging leaders gain a deeper understanding of our region while developing the skills, connections, and confidence needed to lead effectively.

Through hands-on experiences, engaging discussions, and behind-the-scenes access to organizations throughout the Cadillac Area, participants build meaningful relationships and discover new ways to make a difference in our community.

Whether you're looking to grow professionally, get more involved locally, or invest in your future, Cadillac Leadership is an experience you won't want to miss.

Nicole brings a wealth of experience in education, leadership, and community involvement to this role. A Cadillac native, Leadership Cadillac graduate, and dedicated community volunteer, Nicole has spent more than 25 years helping others learn, grow, and succeed.

From serving as an educator and administrator with Cadillac Area Public Schools to leading local organizations and initiatives, Nicole has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to strengthening our community.

As a graduate of the Cadillac Leadership Class herself, Nicole understands firsthand the impact the program can have on individuals and our region. We are excited to see her help inspire and develop the next generation of leaders.
