Introducing the Production Team for Dracula: A Feminist Revenge Fantasy, Really.

Director, Shanna Grimes has been involved with Footliters for about 13 years. She is looking forward to working with this crew and playing with blood and some fun special effects.

Assistant Director, Rita Throop has been in multiple Footliters musicals. However this is her first time directing! She is excited to bring Dracula to life… or death.

Fight Choreographer, Evan Heuker has a BFA in Stage Acting and is a level 3 stage combatant. Evan has been involved with the Footliters on stage for many years. He is a first time stage combat coach and is excited to be making Dracula his debut.

Mark your calendars for this classic spooky story with a twist. October 22nd to the 25th!

Directed by Shanna Grimes, playwright Kate Hamill’s imaginative, gender-bending “feminist revenge fantasy” is like no Dracula you’ve ever seen—exploring the nature of predators and reinventing the story as a smart, disquieting, darkly comic drama!
