Mike Florek (DO) talked to the Rotary club today about health. Not just avoiding disease, but actively seeking wellness. He discussed mental and emotional paths to health as well as physical and environmental. Dr. Florek is a Life Span Extension Coach and can be found at Healing Private Wounds!

What is S.T.R.I.V.E.?

S.T.R.I.V.E. is an acronym for: “Students Taking a Renewed Interest in the Value of Education” which is a high school student mentoring program that provides support to local students who struggle. These students regularly succeed in their educational goals due to their participation in S.T.R.I.V.E.
