Three days of learning, networking, and inspiration at the CMF 54th Annual Conference in Grand Rapids!

With this year’s theme, "United for Good," the Cadillac Area Community Foundation team gained valuable tools and ideas to bring back to our community while connecting with foundation leaders from across Michigan.

A special highlight was Tuesday evening at Frederik Meijer Gardens, where we enjoyed dinner surrounded by the stunning Chihuly exhibits. Absolutely breathtaking. Just WOW!

We were honored to have Wexford-Missaukee Area Dolly Parton's Imagination Library be selected as one of five organizations to present at last night’s 100 Women Who Care meeting.

This incredible group of women gives back to nonprofits throughout the Cadillac area, making a meaningful impact in our community. We’re grateful for the opportunity to share the mission of Imagination Library and the importance of putting books into the hands of local children from birth to age five.

What a special evening celebrating the Dr. M.R.S. & Nanie Nair Scholarship Premier Dinner at WildFlour Bakery! We are thrilled to share that we raised over $10,000 toward the Dr. M.R.S. & Nanie Nair Scholarship! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who joined us Saturday evening to support this incredible scholarship and its continued impact on students pursuing careers in healthcare.

We were especially grateful to have our 2025 scholarship recipient, Kirt Smallegan, in attendance. Kirt shared how this scholarship helped him pursue his degree and ultimately return to Cadillac to practice and serve our community. His story is a wonderful example of the lasting impact this scholarship can have.

This month, the Nair Committee will be interviewing an OB/GYN and a Registered Nurse who are interested in living and working in Cadillac. We are so pleased to play a part in supporting medical recruitment efforts in Cadillac and helping bring healthcare professionals to our community.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this special evening possible and to all those who continue to support the legacy of Dr. M.R.S. & Nanie Nair. Your generosity and commitment are making a meaningful difference in the future of healthcare in our community! 💙

✨ Leadership Learning Lab is officially underway! ✨

Yesterday, we kicked off our first Leadership Learning Lab (LLL) at the Habitat Community Center and got to dive into DISC – Everything Workplace!

The Leadership Learning Lab is a 10-month program designed to strengthen leaders, their organizations, and the communities they serve.

But it’s about more than just learning. Over the next 10 months, participants will build lasting relationships with fellow leaders across our community and Northern Michigan, creating connections, collaboration, and support that will continue long after the program ends.

Meet this year’s Leadership Learning Lab participants:

Consider donating it to ! Your ramp can be repurposed and installed for another family in our community, providing safe and accessible entry to their home.

By donating a ramp, you’re helping give it a second life while allowing the Community Ramp Program to reach and serve even more neighbors across our three-county service area.

One ramp can make a BIG difference!
