Volunteer Cleanup Day
Wednesday, May 20
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Camp Torenta, 730 South Lake Drive, Cadillac, MI 49601

Please bring a rake, work gloves, and dress for outdoor cleanup work.

Camp Torenta is a treasured community asset that has served children and families for more than a century. We invite you to help us preserve this special place and prepare it for the summer season.

The Camp Torenta property was significantly impacted by the March ice storm and April flooding, leaving behind a substantial amount of cleanup work. CAPS maintenance staff will be onsite Wednesday, May 20, with equipment to haul away brush and debris, and we are looking for volunteers to lend a hand.

We need help raking, gathering, and piling debris throughout the camp property. Whether you can stay for an hour or the entire day, your support will make a meaningful difference.

🎡 Volunteers Needed – Help Us Save the Carnival! 🎡

We are still in urgent need of volunteers to make this year’s school carnival happen. We have 12 volunteers signed up to help run games but we need 66 people total. Without enough help, we will not be able to move forward with the event.
