🏈⚽🏀 FREE Sports Physicals at TCMH Cabool Medical Clinic! 🩺🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Our TCMH Cabool Medical Clinic, located at 500 Main Street, will provide free sports physicals for middle school and high school athletes in the Cabool area on Tuesday, June 16, beginning at 11:45 a.m.

✅ Open to all student-athletes
✅ No appointment necessary

📋 Athletes must bring an MSHSAA physical form signed by a parent or guardian. Forms are available through school athletic coaches, online at MSHSAA, or at the clinic.
