Tonight is our Progressive 50/50 Raffle at Post 487. Tickets are available at the Cable Legion from 5-7 pm this evening and the drawing is at 7pm. One lucky winner will automatically win $100 with the chance to pick a card and match it to the board. If there's a match, that person will win half of the total. The proceeds from this raffle will help pay for improvements that need to be done to our septic system so we appreciate your participation and support!

Thank you to those of you that attended today's Memorial Day services at the Legion Triangle Veterans Memorial in Cable as well as in Seeley and Drummond, WI. AL Post 487 truly appreciates your support for our Fallen Heroes! Here are some pictures from the service in Cable, WI (in no particular order). Thank you to the veterans, the Cable Community Choir members who sang the National Anthem for us, the American Legion District 11 Riders and the Boy Scouts Troop 110 of Baldwin, WI that joined us in Cable. 10am: Drummond, WI... Drummond Civic Center
11am: Cable, WI... Legion Triangle Veterans Memorial on Cty M across from the Cable Natural History Museum. Cookout at the Legion with Live music around noon one mile east of Cable on Cty M. Everyone is welcome! Free will donation.

Happy Friday to you all! This evening is our Progressive 50/50 raffle at Post 487 where one person will win $100 with the chance of matching a card they pull from the deck to the same card on the board. If there's a match, that person will win 50% of the raffle money. Tickets can be purchased at the legion bar from 5-7pm. The drawing is at 7pm sharp and you must be present to win. Come join us and have some fun!

Saturday and Sunday are our Pizza Special nights.

Monday is Memorial Day with services in Seeley, Drummond and Cable, WI. There will be a cookout at the legion shortly after noon on May 25th at the legion building. We will also have live music with Brian Pierce. Everyone is invited! Free will donation.

It's Taco Thursday today starting at 4pm at Post 487. Hard and soft shell tacos, variety of nachos, taco pizzas and taco salads are available. We also have Italian beef sandwiches and a variety of pizzas on the menu. Happy hour is from 4-6pm. We're open to the public and are located 1 mile east of Cable, WI on Cty M. Thank you for your patronage!

AL Auxiliary Unit 487 members along with some extra help from friends and their spouses put their "Field of Flags" display out at the American Legion Post 487 this afternoon in Cable, WI. The Auxiliary has been doing this display mid May for over a decade. The Field of Flags sign was replaced today with a new sign and display created by Julie and Gary Friermood. We invite you to stop by and take a look! 🇺🇸
