Come check out what's on our Taco Thursday menu this evening from 4-7:30! We're open to the public and happy hour is from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. We also have Italian beef sandwiches and a variety of pizzas on the menu.

*Our last taco night for the year will be October 29th, but we'll be back in the Spring of 2027.

Tonight is our Taco Thursday menu from 4-7:30. *Our last taco night for the year will be October 29th, but we'll be back in the Spring of 2027.

Thank you to everyone that has brought their appetites and supported us as it was a busy and fun 2026!!

We also have Italian beef sandwiches and a variety of pizzas on the menu at the Legion bar. We're open to the public and are located one mile east of Cable on Cty Hwy M.

Come to the American Legion Post 487 this Friday, October 9th, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. and support the Drummond Area Cub Scouts Pack 350 as they will be doing a fundraiser by selling a variety of tasty popcorn items. If you can't make it on Friday, any popcorn items that didn't sell will be available for purchase at the legion bar. This fundraiser will help the cub scouts pay for their enrollment fees, uniforms, books and camping expenses. Hope to see you there.

The Sons of the American Legion Sqd 487 (SAL) of Cable, WI presented the American Legion Post 487 a check to help with the costly improvements that need to be made with 487's septic system on Monday, October 5th at their monthly meeting. Thank you to Tim T. of the SAL and their members for donating and presenting the check to one of Post 487 's septic committee members, Gary F.

This Monday evening at the American Legion Post 487, we were honored to have the Drummond Area Cub Scouts Pack 350 members, their parents and leaders join us for our annual Flag Retirement Ceremony. A dinner was provided by Post 487 prior to the ceremony. Thank you to everyone that dropped off their flags at the legion so they could be properly retired. 🇺🇸

There will be a Flag retirement ceremony at Post 487 starting at 6 pm on Monday, October 5th. The Drummond Area Cub Scout Pack 350 and their parents/leaders will be joining us. *Our monthly meeting will follow at 7pm. Legion members are asked to wear their uniforms and be present for this event.

Feel free to drop off your American and military flags that are worn and tethered at Post 487 and deposit them in the white "mailbox" outside the legion entrance. Thank you. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
