Good afternoon. Just a brief update on Nick Smith just to let you know they have postponed his surgery due to conflicts with the two surgeons till the 20th. Please pray for his patience as he has to just sit back and wait till the appropriate time will keep you updated. Keep the prayers coming

Smith update

What a beautiful good Friday the Lord has provided. I am once again honored to tell you that we because of your generosity have made two truck payments today and two house payments today so they are secure with their home and their vehicle for the month of April and the month of May and we couldn’t have done it without you guys. Prayers and your contribution. Please continue to pray for Nick as he goes into the next phase of his healing and awaits the details for his surgery back in Gainesville. He will be leaving on the fifth to go back to Shepherd for some outpatient treatments and training and finally remember today’s the last day. ❤️

Good morning
What a beautiful week as we celebrate holy week, our God is so incredible and has brought so much healing and comfort and love to this sweet family. Unfortunately, the scheduled surgery to replace Nick‘s skull has been postponed. They’re trying to work out all the logistics to get the right surgeons in at the right time so we can maybe do a one and done and not have to have multiple surgeries. Our sweet Smith family are at home celebrating with their babies and just enjoying each other and enjoying the life that they have built in Byron Georgia Nick will be going back to Shepherd on April 5 to move in to start his outpatient procedures that he needs to do for his work studies. Shepard is a great facility that will help you get the tools and trade, you need to be successful for the rest of your life. As we continue to pray for them let’s keep the surgeons and medical staff in our prayers as they finalize what they need to do to get him in surgery.

Sweet Jesus has done it again. I just got word from Brittany that everything went great on the consult. She’s just waiting on scheduling to call her and give her the date for next week in Gainesville They will be coming home tomorrow. Praise the Lord for some special days with their special family, let’s continue to raise them up in our prayers because we know everything that we do and say is through you Jesus amen. then he will go back to Shepherd’s pathways for out patient surgery and then to a work program praise God in all the great things he’s brought to this family please Lord continue to be with them as they go through the next steps. And we as a community will continue to keep them In our prayers ❤️

Praising god this beautiful Tuesday. Six long weeks ago Nick had his accident. Well he’s has done so well at Shepherd his release date is March 28 this Saturday. He has impressed all his therapists. He will be having a consult virtual with his surgeon on Friday to hopefully schedule his procedure to replace in skull for next week.

Let’s all praise god for his accomplishments and let’s say extra prayers for his next step.

Thank you all for your thoughts prayers and donations in helping the Smith family. The feel your love and prayers so let’s pray they can get thru the next phase.

What a beautiful Saturday the lord has given us today in middle Georgia

Here’s a Brittany and Nick update
Monday marked 1 month since the accident. Man how God has showed out in that month. Miracle after miracle
But with all the blessings there are still hills to climb.
He is having vision problems and is working hard to stretch his eyes, a very painful experience.
Also remember they removed a portion of his skull that has remained frozen. The million dollar question is when to attach back is that what he needs or some other procedure there’s a high risk of infection so they really need your prayers Brittany is researching every angle she can and is waiting on god to reveal her answers.
So as you enjoy this beautiful day stop and ask God for guidance for them. We are still taking donations if you so choose to do so at Synovus we are committed to pay there bills at least the next 6 month or a year with your help we can continue to do so. ❤️

Here’s your update on Nick

He has completed a first whole week at Shepherd. God has continued to be present in his life and he has impressed all of his therapist. His occupational therapist stating to Brittany that he’s gonna walk out of here when it’s time for him to leave. God is good. They are very excited because their babies joined them last night and will be staying with them for the weekend just to be able to hug them and love on them. Will bring so much encouragement and love to the both of them, please continue to keep them in your prayers and remember that they will be selling raffle tickets at Freshway Sunday from 11 to 4. Good Wednesday morning

Update on Nick and Brittany

Yesterday was an awesome day. He had OT PT and Speech therapy and did an amazing job. He is having some vision issues and need xtra prayers having double vision up close and tunnel vision far away.
Also you all know that part of his skull was removed his pain is really bad due to the fact that the brain knows something is missing a vital part is not there so it triggers more pain. They are trying to figure out when to reattach his skull.
He has come so far and still has so far to go. Please continue to pray Brittany is standing strong in her faith and feel the energy her. Please also continue to support them with donations they are really making a difference in their lives. Also raffle tickets that will be sold this Sunday 11-4 pm at the Freshway Market.
God continue to hold this family and this entire community in your arms lord. We have been struck by so much tragedy in the last few weeks 💗
