How do we become the woman we want to be when we keep getting in our own way? ❤️
You know the woman.
The one who gets up early, takes care of herself, eats better, exercises, saves money, sets boundaries, makes good decisions and finally puts herself first.
And some days, we ARE that woman! 💪
We're motivated, disciplined, confident and proud of the choices we're making.
Then comes a day when we fall right back into an old habit. Make a decision we regret. Take two steps backward after working so hard to move forward.
And there we are again... frustrated with ourselves, wondering why we can't seem to get it together.
The hardest part isn't always knowing what to do. It's consistently doing what we KNOW is best for us.
By our 40s and 50s, we've learned a LOT about life. We know better. We want better. Yet somehow, knowing better doesn't always mean doing better.
Maybe the real struggle isn't becoming the woman we want to be. Maybe it's learning how to stop getting in her way.
And maybe getting unstuck isn't one big breakthrough. Maybe it's learning to make a better choice the next time, without letting yesterday's mistakes define tomorrow.
But knowing that and actually doing it are two very different things.
So here's a genuine question for the ladies, especially those in their 40s and 50s:
❤️ How do you break the cycle when you KNOW what you should be doing, but keep falling back into old habits?
What has actually worked for you? Not just for a week or a month, but for lasting change?
Let's share some real wisdom. Because chances are, someone reading this is fighting the exact same battle.
