Recap Week 6
π HOME FIELD, BIG HEARTS & PATRIOT PRIDE FOR Kβ1 FLAG TEAM BLUE! π
It was great to be back on our home field today as Kβ1 Flag Team Blue took on Vernon! The chilly weather didnβt slow these little Patriots down one bit, and with the sidelines full of family and friends cheering them on, the boys came ready to play!
Vernon brought a strong defense, pulling flags and stopping our running backs throughout the game. But Team Blue wasnβt giving up that easily! The boys kept pushing, finding openings, making some great runs, and fighting their way into the end zone a handful of times!
Our defense came ready to play too. πͺThe improvement in flag pulling since our very first game has been incredible to watch. These boys were chasing down flags, making stops, and showing just how much theyβve learned over the season. A big shoutout to our coaches for putting in the work each week to fine-tune those skills. Itβs definitely paying off!
But one of the best parts of watching Kβ1 Flag Team Blue isnβt just the touchdowns or the big defensive plays. Itβs the brotherhood these boys have built along the way. Theyβre blocking for each other, cheering each other on, celebrating each otherβs successes, and most importantly, having FUN together! Watching their friendships and confidence grow each week is what makes this team so special.
And we canβt forget our amazing Patriots cheerleaders! π£ They braved the cold with big smiles and even bigger spirit, bringing the energy and Patriot pride to our home turf all morning!
A huge thank you to our coaches, cheerleaders, families, and everyone who came out to support these young athletes. It may have been chilly, but the Patriots brought the HEAT and ran their hearts out from start to finish!
Another great day of football, friendship, and Patriot pride! Keep it up, Team Blue! ππ
