Coco's House Senior Sanctuary and Rescue We are a senior dog sanctuary and rescue located in Terry MS. We believe that every dog deserves to Coco passed in November 2014, but she will always be missed.

Coco's house was created as a tribute to our first senior sanctuary/rescue. Her human passed away and Coco was left in a shelter all alone. She was able to pass the balance of her years in the lap of luxury.

Welcome Allspice!
I have watched and read AND reread a bunch of comments on a few posts about him being found. Yes he had on a tracking collar so we know he wasn't dumped.
BUT what I do know is he has been lost long enough. Or if he wasnt then he had one of those owners that think if you starve your dog then they will hunt better.
What i also know is, many end up lost and these people arent pounding the ground looking for him. Not one post not one sign, nothing. I am sure none want the dogs lost, but when they do, they are like us pet owners that are up all night, searching days in and days out until found.
So that means they are left to survive on their own.
All spice was pooping blood and fur. FUR, not his fur by the way.
He is loaded with hookworms, fleas and ticks.
He is anemic, one value on his bloodwork has the vet doing another test to check his kidneys.
One of his eyes is a bit irritated.
He isnt fixed.
His nails are a mile long(not really a mile but long)
That is all I know right now.
