☀️ SUMMER HEAT SAFETY ☀️

Summer heat can be dangerous, so take a few simple steps to keep yourself, your family, and your pets safe! 🌡️

💧 Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
🧢 Take frequent breaks from the heat and seek air conditioning when possible.
🚗 Never leave children, elderly loved ones, or pets in a parked vehicle, even for a short time. Temperatures can become deadly in minutes.
🐾 Keep pets indoors or in the shade, provide plenty of fresh water, and remember that hot pavement can burn their paws.
⚠️ Watch for signs of heat exhaustion such as heavy sweating, dizziness, headache, nausea, weakness, or confusion. Move to a cooler place and seek medical help if symptoms are severe or worsening.

Stay cool, stay hydrated, and look out for one another this summer! ❤️☀️
