A significant victory for AFGE Local 2814 and FRA bargaining unit employees.

An arbitrator sustained our grievance and found that FRA violated our collective bargaining agreement and federal labor law when it unilaterally terminated negotiated telework and remote work agreements.

The Agency has 30 days to file exceptions with the FLRA. We will keep members informed as the process continues.
