It SNOWED! and the skiing is still great, folks. Haggin was groomed 3/13 and last night's snow will make it a bit easier to get from the parking lot to the trails at Moulten. Don't forget about our friends at Homestake Lodge, they got three inches of snow last night!

Moulton Grooming Update: Thursday 12/19. Machine packing began yesterday but was curtailed early because of high winds. Quite a few skiers have ventured out on the trails, so there are skied-in tracks. The skiing has been acceptable, but if you go I recommend abundant caution on the downhills. There are hidden rocks lurking.

This year we look forward to continuing our partnership with Homestake Lodge to offer ski lessons to kids and families. Lessons start January 4, 2025, and continue every Saturday morning at Homestake Lodge through February. Rental equipment will be available. For details and registration, check out the Nordic Ski Team Flyer here: https://www.homestakelodge.com/new-page-2

Every winter, we provide cross-country skiing and instruction with our partners at Homestake Lodge to schools in the area including, Butte, Ramsay, Anaconda, Whitehall and Cardwell. This program benefits over 700 third and fourth grade students. Homestake Lodge provides the rental equipment, trail maintenance, and coaching staff. We rely on local businesses and individuals to help us offer the students a fun and exciting winter activity.

Please consider a donation to keep this program going. To donate, contact Lauren at Homestake Lodge, (406) 287-1725.
