OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ALLEY RALLY - Montana Magic Makers (MMM) are deeply disappointed and regret to announce that after many hours of coordination, effort and planning the alley rally planned for August 1 - 16 had to be canceled due to the inability to secure a county or private site to host the event. MMM worked diligently to coordinate this much needed event for the citizens of Butte. A location behind the Butte Plaza Mall (BPM) had been secured courtesy of the mall leadership team, however, was withdrawn due to multiple incidents of illegal dumping. MMM extends a huge thank you to BPM for their generosity and consideration of this site we are regret that illegal dumping is impacting the BPM so negatively. In addition to trash dumping the event was set to include electronic recycling courtesy of 406 RECYCLING in Helena, car battery recycling courtesy of LISAC'S TIRE, metal recycling courtesy of PACIFIC STEEL AND RECYCLING and limited tire collection courtesy of LISAC'S TIRE AND BSB CITY/COUNTY MMM extends a huge thank you to the above. Additionally, a special thank you goes out to CONTINENTAL FENCE for generously donating the use of fencing and HOFFMAN'S PORTA POTTY for generously donating the use of a portapotty for the event as well as all of our dedicated volunteers.MMM will diligently continue our efforts to collaborate with BSB County/City Officials for the purpose of assisting the citizens of Butte Silver Bow in improving their neighborhoods physical appearance and morale, positively impacting physical and emotional health of its citizens, improving the safety of our city and neighborhoods while simultaneously positively impacting the environment and property values.
